These Terms of Service explain the rules for using 67slash, including guest play, accounts, scores, leaderboards, and social features.

Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of 67slash. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use 67slash on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service
67slash is a social pose challenge app for completing short movement-based runs, saving scores, earning badges, joining leaderboards, adding friends, sending challenges, and participating in group leaderboards.
The service may change over time. We may add, change, hide, or remove features, including through feature flags, as we improve the product.
Accounts and Guest Mode
You may use guest mode with a browser-local player identity or create/sign in to an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
Display names may be changed, but usernames are intended to remain permanent after assignment. Do not impersonate another person or choose names that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringe another party's rights.
Health and Safety
67slash is a game and fitness-adjacent challenge experience. It is not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for professional health guidance.
Use common sense when moving. Make sure you have enough space, stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and consult a medical professional before using the service if you have health concerns.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or overload systems, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
Do not submit or display content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
User Content and Scores
You are responsible for the names, profile information, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
Scores, badges, leaderboard rankings, and challenge outcomes may be visible to other users. We may remove or adjust content, accounts, scores, or leaderboard entries if we believe they violate these terms or harm the service.
Third-Party Services
The service relies on third-party providers such as Convex, PostHog, and Google. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Intellectual Property
67slash, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These terms do not give you ownership of the service. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free, or that scores and rankings will always be available or correct.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 67slash and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the service in the three months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, or caused possible legal exposure.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app or website.
